Our policy is to ship all orders within 1 working day after it is accepted by Contemporary Controls. When the product has shipped, you will be sent an e-mail with the UPS tracking number to allow you to monitor the shipment's progress. If for some reason we cannot ship within 1 working day, we will contact you by e-mail to provide an update on availability.
