See You at AHR Expo 2018

AHR 2018 Booth 4118

Contemporary Controls has been located in the Chicago suburbs for more than 40 years, so we're pleased to have AHR Expo 2018 return to our home turf. We hope you feel that way too, even after experiencing Chicago in January.

This year, we have a wide range of solutions to present for both building automation and remote access.

Our BAScontrol products have received a great deal of attention, thanks to their support of open source tools and an open source programming language called Sedona. Using a BAScontroller and our free programming tools, system integrators are able to create custom applications using drag and drop programming. We’ll have examples of our free pre-built applications, as well as examples of the free tools available for use with our controllers.

For those of you who really want control without restrictions, we'll be introducing a BASpi I/O board, which is a 12-point expansion board for the popular Raspberry Pi. When you use the BASpi Raspberry Pi image, along with the BASpi, your Raspberry Pi becomes a Sedona controller with 6 configurable inputs and 6 relay outputs and can communicate over BACnet/IP. It is great for BAS training or home automation projects.

We're looking forward to getting your thoughts on our upcoming BASintegrator, which provides BACnet MS/TP and Modbus to BACnet integration, as well as license-free Sedona open control and BACnet head-end capabilities such as alarming, trending, scheduling and graphics. Ideal as a small facility head-end, it can also function as a secure IoT gateway to cloud storage.

Our popular BASrouters and BASgateways will be on display, as well as our new IP routers and our remote access solutions. The new EIGR Gigabit IP Router and our RemoteVPN service is all you need for secure remote access, saving you time and eliminating the need to go to the site.

Learn more about all of these exciting new products in booth 4118 at AHR Expo 2018.
